Road Project - Phase 2

Dear Quail Run Residents,

This is a reminder that road construction is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 AM. You may view the complete schedule by clicking here.

The Board confirmed with Engineering Technologies today that pulverizing will begin as scheduled.

All vehicles must be moved before 7:00 AM. Please ensure your vehicle is either:

• Parked on the new asphalt side of the complex, or
• Parked outside the complex entirely.

Unfortunately, any vehicles remaining in the construction area when work begins will need to be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Please make arrangements tonight to ensure your vehicle is moved in time.

We also ask that residents stay off the portion of the road under construction until work is complete, unless directed otherwise by the work crews. Limiting traffic through the construction area will help crews work safely and efficiently and will help prevent interference with the road work.

In addition to the road work, a concrete crew will be on site to address sections of the previous road phase where drainage problems have been identified. With multiple crews working throughout the complex, please drive slowly and carefully around all construction personnel and equipment and follow any directions provided by the crews.

Weather may disrupt operations as the work progresses this week. We will update residents as soon as we receive additional information or scheduling changes from Engineering Technologies.

Later in this phase, work will affect the section of roadway near the mailboxes. Work crews will be on site to direct traffic through or around this area as necessary.

We are also currently unaware whether trash and recycling will be picked up tomorrow before pulverizing begins. Please be aware that road construction may affect normal collection.
