Road Project Schedule
Our contractor has provided the tentative schedule for the road project. Please note that all dates are weather-dependent and may change if conditions require.
The work is currently scheduled in the following phases:
- Red Area
- Pulverizing: August 24
- Grading: August 24–25
- Paving: August 26–27
- Green Area
- Pulverizing: September 15
- Grading: September 15–16
- Paving: September 17–18
- Purple Area
- Pulverizing: September 29
- Grading: September 29–30
- Paving: October 1–2
Please refer to the map below to determine which color corresponds to your section of the community.
The Board has requested that the contractor break the project into smaller sections to reduce the amount of time residents are affected. However, this may not be possible if doing so results in additional costs, which is likely. If the contractor is able to accommodate this request without increasing the project cost, we will let residents know.
We wanted to share the initial schedule as soon as possible so everyone has as much time as possible to make any necessary arrangements. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them from the contractor.
