Road Project Delay - Phase 2

Due to rainy weather, completion of Phase 2 of the road project has been delayed.

Residents may continue to drive on the affected section of road through the weekend. However, all vehicles must be removed from the road by 7:00 AM on Monday morning so construction crews can place the final layer of asphalt.

Beginning at 7:00 AM Monday, no vehicles may drive or park on the section of road marked by orange traffic cones. Please plan to use other sections of the neighborhood for parking and access during this time.

The newly paved section should remain completely free of vehicle traffic until Tuesday morning to allow the final asphalt surface to cool and set properly.

Final Phase Reminder: The third and final phase of the road project is currently scheduled to begin September 29 and be completed October 2, weather permitting.
