Road Project - Parking & Access
Road work on Quail Run Circle is scheduled to begin Monday, August 24. The paving contractor has provided the following instructions for residents during construction:
Before work begins
All vehicles must be off the street by 7:00 AM on the first day of work in your section and should remain off that section of the street until the morning after final paving. Residents may park on other sections of Quail Run Circle that are not under construction.
During pulverizing and grading
Residents will be able to drive in and out during pulverizing and grading. However, you may experience temporary delays if construction equipment is working directly in front of your residence when you need to leave or return.
Please drive slowly and use extra caution around all construction vehicles, equipment, and workers.
During paving
Once the first course of asphalt has been installed, residents may drive on it. However, fresh asphalt may leave marks on concrete driveways. By evening, the asphalt should be cool enough for residents to access and park in their own driveways and garages.
The final course of asphalt will then be installed. Vehicles should remain off the newly paved surface until it has cooled completely—ideally until the following morning. During this time, residents may park on the street in other sections of the neighborhood.
All construction dates are weather-dependent and may change.
