Maintenance Notification

Please be advised that stump grinding work will be taking place in the neighborhood today (June 19th, 2026). The contractor will be removing six tree stumps in common areas as part of our ongoing grounds maintenance efforts. During this work, you may notice increased noise and equipment operating in the
