Snow Removal

We want to share an update regarding snow removal services in our community.

Earlier this winter, our initial snow removal contractor did not consistently meet the terms of their agreement, and the Board received multiple complaints from residents. We shared those frustrations, as the situation affected all of us as residents as well.

After careful review, the Board has secured a new snow removal contractor. Under the new contract, snow removal is required to begin within three hours once two inches of snowfall have accumulated.

If there is ever an unexpected delay due to weather conditions or other circumstances, we will post updates here on the website so residents can stay informed.
